I just installed this app, but it seems pretty easy to work with so far. I can only speak to the free version, which is obviously limited, but I will update as I know more.

I like the app but have a lot of bugs and should take less space on the screen, and the triggers for the campaign they don't follow the setup

I just set this up. It was pretty easy and it's free. Yay.

takes a little time to figure it all out but very nice app overall

So far so good. Wish there was a $ cap to the email marketing cost instead of having it scale indefinitely with your subscribers.

I have used this app in previous stores and it is my #1 client recommended site as well. Highly recommend.

We use Privy for our online fine arts gallery Happy Patron (https://happypatron.com). We need something that is artistic and fits with a fine arts website. This works great.
