i am still installing - shouldn't you wait politely until it starts working.. just saying
The app is okay but for me to be paying $15 dollars is a bit extreme. Sometimes emails aren't going out when it should be and it sucks.
I just added the APP. It immediately launched me into creating a "campaign" instead of bringing me to a Set Up section. I will assume Privy already has all the information it needs from me? I would like to know how it coordinates with Mail Chimp, I will investigate further.
Update:The app seems to be working fine. The only problem so far was the email addresses collected from the Exit Pop ups weren't being added to the Shopify email list. I contacted Privy through the chat box and they got back to me in a timely fashion and told me that I needed to set a New Rule in the Automation tab. Once I did that the list was updated in Shopify. I appreciated the prompt assistance.
Other than the fact that I find the editing features a little difficult to use, I will keep using this app, and I appreciate that it is free.
Just set it up. So far so good: very easy to use!

I am still trying to figure out the app but so far its not bad wish it was a little easier to use and some of the features don't work all time. but for a free app its actually really good to utilize,

Can be tricky to manoeuvre and takes time but a really handy tool and totally worth it!
App does what it says. User interface is not the most user friendly and it takes a while to know your way around. The app would probably score better if there wasn't a pop up from day one asking for a review - at best it's annoying, at worst, it's naive. The developers are doing themselves a disservice by not let users use the app for a while before requesting a review. It may be a five star app, but I find myself reviewing early just so we can get rid of the annoying request display.
Asked for a review on the 2nd step? Seem decent, integration has been fairly straightforward but the proof will be in the pudding.
Great so far, just started it so I don't have alot to say I see alot of people using it so I download it
