Just started with Privy. Hope it can help get my first order.

I Use this App to create pop up coupon sales. It is easy to set up step by step. Just Start, Not see the result yet.

The app displays at 325px width on 320px width phone screens creating a horizontal scroll - a coding issue when I looked into it. Even if I override the CSS to set it to 320px the app still creates a scroll bar based on the initial 325px setting.

After contacting support I was told in a condescending tone that the app was performing as intended, and I should try adjusting the settings to fit the screen size - which would result in the window displaying at 320px on all screens - not scaling the entire pop-up as it should be coded to, and indeed is on every other screen size. Support seems either incompetent or uninterested in helping solve the problem properly.

Uninstalled and switched to Mailchimp forms.

We only just got started using Privy, but I am already impressed. While other apps gather emails in similar ways and with similar functionality, what sets Privy apart in my opinion is the fact that their sales and support team is so solid. They reached out, and "upsold" us a $30 service for three months, which gave us access to one of their techs for an hour and 30 days of email support with this person. Having now "met" him in an hour-long meeting, their is a personal report that helps both parties feel vested in success. And the prep work he had done for us was great. Well worth $90! Thanks

I used this application to help me with coupon discount. It was easy to use and with nice templates. Let's see ho it goes

Privy has helped me to build my email list fast than other pop-ups that I been using. It's super easy to use and setting up campaigns

Brilliant app. Absolute must have. Pretty easy to use but if you get stuck support is good. Web developers will tell you not to have a popup but it works! Really building our email list with this.
