Pretty good easy to set up wish the Privy watermark could be removed without subscribing to paid version

It was good until I kept getting an error after trying to add my subscribers to my contacts list. Very annoying! I hope this gets fixed ASAP!

I like the easy of use, however some things like the coupon code addition needs a little more work.

buggy. first time user and navigation really needs improvement, i've used plenty of apps and this one is not intuitive at all. i also have to edit the email autoresponder a million times and i still can't get the page to scroll all the way down at the edit page so i have no idea what's going on unless i send a test email to myself. Is privy doing this on purpose so we will sign up for the upgraded plans ? if so, it does the exact opposite and makes me wana run from this lol.

latest update: tested Sign-up pop up campaign - works well a couple times till it keeps popping up at some other new site check ins although it's the same user ( me) with the same email on the same comp LOL. The pop up is suppose to stop after it registers the user for Free Shipping and 15% off, and I've done this with the team to update the settings but boo-hoo - same issue.

The app is fine for what it gives you, a pop up opt in.
The problem is, this pop up designer is the most frustrating I've ever seen.
For example, if you try to change something as simple as the color of text in the pop up, it takes it about 10 tries before it actually decides to work. Other times it will just completely delete all your settings and you'll have to start over again on your campaign. Really a bummer because the functionality is great - once you get through the headache of actually getting your design to work.
