Our monthly traffic forced us into the "growth" plan, despite not requiring those features. Growth plan, unlike other plans, is not monthly - you must sign a contract. We're so spoiled with excellent customer service from folks at apps like Shoelace, that the customer service at Privy left something to be desired. We tried, pretty hard, to give Privy our business, but barriers and a lack of transparency, forced our hands and we went with Klaviyo.

Thanks for your review and for the feedback on your experience with sales. You should not have been told that you have to sign a contract to get access to all of our features. We recommend it to get fully on-boarded with our CS team but it should not be a requirement.

It’s decent meat and potatoes. Although I haven’t really had a chance to use it. They asked me to write about my experience in the pool and I’m just now getting my feet wet.

just getting started new to the process its features are very limited for the free side . Seems to me its more about milking the new person just getting started out of money before they can even get established

From the day I signed up for this, I was inundated with sales calls and emails. Sure, it made a nice looking form, but it was not worth the hassle - especially when it's going to charge 20 a month and I got one signup in that time.

Now that I have used it for a while I can give a real review. I am not impressed. I haven’t gotten many signups from it, 5 is all. After a month I expected more. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?

kind of expensive considering other options... but a nice tool anyway... it it has some very odd ways to ask reviews over and over again
