Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

So far I like it. Privy keeps me organized and user friendly. I just started out so I will see how it works.

Does what it says. Can take a bit to setup but once up and running it works well.

It's okay so far. I like that there was I pre-made template for me to use.

Initially I wasn't satisfied with customer support. I started working with Kristina and she was very helpful. I'm not sure I totally understand how the app works and continue to say that for me, it's not very user friendly. Additionally, I haven't figured out if the app is worth the cost since I'm just starting my business.

I want to make it clear I am giving it 4 stars based on the fact I have not fully dug into this app. "SO FAR", it appears to be a well designed app that is user friendly with some great free features. I will re-write this review after a couple weeks when I know more. First impressions are great though, unlike others I have used. I have download other apps and within 10 minutes I uninstalled them based on difficulty and layouts hard to understand. We are off to a great start.
