Can you please help? I signed up for a yearly plan in July but cancelled right away and was told I would get a refund but I have not heard back from support despite several emails! I really need to resolve this.

I signed up for this app and filled out all the information but when I come back, my company isn't even listed! I have set it up twice. I thought this was supposed yo be a really good app?

Last month I uninstalled privy because of several reasons, and today, I want to re-installed, but I'm shocked because privy will charge me for $140/months Last month I only paid for $20/month via Shopify. Their price increase so significantly and does not make sense.
Not really happy with how quick they put a campaign on the site without really saying they would do that.

I have been a customer for almost a year. Today we got word that the basic plan is doubling from $15 a month to $30. Like many small businesses this is not an easy time. I am basically being asked to pay double for no extra features. So much for any customer loyalty.
Outrageous fees. They will bind you into a contract for months and force you to pay a termination fee if you decide to switch.

Our billing team has checked with your customer success manager - we see you signed a contract for 12 months. After March of 2023, the paid plan will be moved to monthly and can then be cancelled. This will not cancel when changing to monthly, so please contact us at that time to help.
Please note, we do offer month to month plans and will never force a merchant into a contract. If you still need assistance, please email billing@privy.com.
