Privy is one of the best email marketing App in shopify store.
Free plan can do a lot. I have been using it for a while.

Privy is OK. Some functions don't work exactly right, but there are work-arounds, if you get creative. So review your site often. Also, changing fonts is a bit frustrating, it is something that takes some getting used to.
