Easy to instal and the support is great - they respond quickly in my experience. The ability to configure pop-ups, slide ins, etc in pretty much any way you want is good as well as the overall flexibility of design options. Everything is easy to use and nicely laid out. The app has allowed us here at survivethenext.com to convert many visitors into paying customers. Would recommend this app.
