Really easy to use! Very helpful for a new start up to set up pop-ups and exit intent pop up! many designs and options to choose from! Customizable as well!
i used this app and i like,the price maybe it.s a bit high.only that i need to learn more about it,But it is easy to used.Enjoy!

Works great - pricing is pretty high
I am very disappointed with the app so far. They make you wait more than a week when you import contacts. I have a Facebook group and people sign up to my newsletter through Facebook. Privy sent an email saying there compliance team needed to approve the imported contacts.. It has been 20 days! I can't email my customers on time and i have to wait 24 HOURS to hear back from a service I pay for. This is very disappointing and I miss the simplicity of Mailchimp. Why have a complicance team if they aren't going to do there job in a diligently. Very disappointed and I will be looking elsewhere. The design is useless if you can't reach your customers.
I downloaded Privy on accident but I have been seeing their ads for quite some time before that. The initial call with Megan explained a lot about the company and what they had to offer. She was so honest and lively during the call that I went ahead and took the next steps. Andrew handled my onboarding meeting and he was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Not only did he walk me through the site but also had some emails prepared that we slightly tweaked while on the call to suit my site/company. He was amazing. I’m excited to see how this all turns out.
Pretty neat tool. We were using Exit Intent Pop-up Form by Checkend for our entry popup and it just didn't have what we were looking for, like the ability to tell the popup the time it should appear instead of instant. The live chat support that Privy offers is exceptional. Andrew was the one we chatted with and he was awesome.
