So far it seems easy to use, however i would like template that could edit pop ups that didnt' require email address - and instead phone number, or none at all.

Works excellent for us. We couldn't be happier and that's just on the free plan. We love the options and features.

At first it was confusing to, but once you go through some of the online tutorials, you begin to understand how everything works.

Once you understand, it is fairly easy to setup.
