Tried it in my second store. It is really good. I like the design flow.
Just signed up today with free plan. You can not do much except creating pop up when customer is leaving. Advance cart option and other rules are not enable in free version. Nice way to limit the functionality for free plan.
Have not seen the app in action yet so do not know how much it will be helpful. will update review.

neat idea good effort on their part
So far, so good. Very easy to use, customize and has great integration functionality. Would recommend.
still learning. initial setup is easy. setting up a campaign is easy. customization and creating templates needs improvement -- But I'm still learning.
Just start using this apps. So far so good.
