I'm pretty upset that they are going to start charging me $35 a month. I wanted to only upgrade to the $20 a month version but now I'm forced to do the more expensive one, even though I don't get that many email signups with the $20 one and wouldn't max out the $20 plan. BEWARE! They stole my money for over 12 months.
I cancelled our account via my Privy account but because the app was still installed on Shopify they continued to take money out of our account and will not refund even though they can see we cancelled. USE KLAYVIO INSTEAD!!!

Canceled Privy 6 months ago. But it continues to withdraw money from the bank, also it’s double amount, 60USD! The support tell different stories everyday. The app already debited money from the bank account 12 times. Promised refund, but it’s not! Close that scammers immediately!

They Don't really help you set up things. they give you a crash course for 30 min and after that you are on your own. they don't have a direct customer service number where they can help you set up campaigns step by step. They could add that and it would be very worth it.

This app used to be fantastic. We told everyone about it. Shared it with all our merchants we knew. And the support staff were incredible. They changed their model. And became another one of those apps - that care more about enterprise customers - and less about mom and pop stores struggling.

I'm just going to keep this short and sweet. Test everything before you commit to a subscription. Their email capabilities may cause more problems than actual benefits, in which may even negatively impact your business. I like the pop ups and how I'm able to design them. However their customer service is frustrating. I used to have a 'chat' feature available and it disappeared. And it's been hours with no response via email on an urgent issue. I do not recommend because of lack of support, and I will be looking elsewhere for my newsletter management.

Increased their price from $10 a month to $13 a month and now to $30 a month. For a small business it's a hard hit. Very disappointed and it's a great time to switch to Klaviyo.
