Haven't tried it yet. But already impressed with it's potential.
Looks OK so far but this damn pop up has started asking me for reviews before I've even had a chance to use Privy. I'm not sure that this is good practice and would encourage Privy to re think the timing of when this thing keeps popping up. Perhaps encourage people to use the platform first and then seek a review?
I just installed it and immediatly asked me for a review. I dont know if i like or not. its been about a minute since i installed.
Weird they are having me review the app when I have used it for mins. I would make more sense after more use

Took less than an hour to get my welcome emails set up, easy to use, plenty of options for customization.
I've setup a campaign to assist with automating my welcome email. It looks good, its easy to customize and it definitely worked immediately however, as a new store, I don't want to have a mailing address in the email. Is there a way to get rid of that? If not, I guess I'll have to spring for a PO box sooner rather than later. Also..there should be a way to add recommended merch into the email as well.
Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, for compliance reasons every email must have an associated mailing address. That's universal rule, not a Privy one. In terms of recommended products, while we can't do that dynamically you can add in images , text, and links to promote your top products using the layout and content blocks. Hope that helps!
