Privy ‑ Pop‑ups, e‑mail e SMS

I used this app to help me drive traffic to my store, it really worked out, i have customers all over the world subscribing on my store. I would recommend this app without hesitation.

customer service is by chat only which is very inconvenient and very time consuming. privy should offer at least an online screen sharing service such as join.me or the likes for troubleshooting technical issues. you don't even have the option to copy and paste a screenshot via the chat sessions- you have to download a screenshot you want to send them, then upload it as an attachment- what a waste of time!! it's very frustrating.

Not bad, relatively easy to use. It would be good if you could customize it more.

Probably the best pop up solution out there! It is great that is has a free version, but the paid version is a bit overpriced.

This is nice little app that syncs really well with MailChimp. The basic features are useful enough for a start-up Shopify business... You'll probably want to upgrade pretty quickly when you realize all the bells and whistles that come with this app. But the basics should get you up and running pretty well.
