Really good and user friendly for beginners. I can't give a 5 stars because I just started using is, but so far I am very happy with the experience.

Yes great app to use for new business owners
I use Privy for email marketing for my store on Shopify. Very easy to figure out and add to my online store.
I used this app to create a subscription pop up, I was so pleased and it was so easy to do! Still testing it out.
