We've been using Privy for a couple of years now and it has been great! Their customer service is excellent and they offer some incredible features that help our business hone in on our desired target audiences. For example, we're able to utilize different contact lists to help us identify which customers might need a little extra push to visit our e-shop and eventually purchase our products. I definitely recommend using Privy!

Customer service has been very helpful in our on boarding process. I was having some issues with my list after sending out our first newsletter and they helped me resolve it quickly.

Highly recommend Privy! Always helpful for a 24 yr old college student still learning and a newbie to the online store. Thank you Privy and thank you Shopify for having a Privy app. LOVE LOVE LOVE-Jose was so helpful stayed with me for almost an hour and answered and stayed with all of my questions. It's been a great day today-this is what the world needs today t have some kind of relationship with others (even the little ones) great way to reach out. I have used Privy for over two and a half years. It's one of those non-negotiable expenses for my business. Working with a Customer Success Manager is key -- they are so brilliant with conversion rates and popups and email campaigns. I have learned an enormous amount of general ecomm info from my rep that I have been able to implement immediately to my store. This app has saved my store from going under during a tumultuous economy and unstable times. I'm so thankful for Privy and the team there, and will continue to be a privy customer for life.

I FRIGGIN LOVE Privy! i would shout it from the ROOFTOPS.
We were using Hubspot before, and st $1300 a MONTH it was a NO for our small business. I found Privy on Tiktok, and havent looked back since. Its easy, affordable, SCALABLE, and I love that you get ongoing customer support meetings as often as you need with your account manager. That just doesnt happen very often nowadays. It makes me feel valued as a customer and not a number on a spreadsheet. Anytime ive been in a pinch, i hear back from my account manager pretty quickly. Never had any huge bugs, the updates are almost always features i need/use, and recently they promoted our brand on THEIR blog. Hubspot could never. You wont look back. XOXOX- The Bryght Team
