It's persistently asking me for this rating but I just added it and have no clue how it works. 3 for now because I don't know but need to get work done without seeing a request for a review again!
I liked the pop up action but I was disappointed to find the email feature was only for a monthly subscription. They should at least let me manually email my customers.

I wish I could manipulate the background images more on Privy since it automatically zooms heavily in on the images.
Just getting started. haven't had time to use app. You asked for review before even seeing what results are
App was easy to set up, I have not used it enough yet to give a full review, I did have some queries for the help center, and they were a little slow in getting back to me. I will continue to try the app to tailor it for my store and see how it perfoms
Pop up exit offer shows up at wrong time. Supposed to be at exit intent. Overriding my email sign up box while customers are still shopping. Disabled the exit offer pop up until I find a fix for this problem. App not easy to manipulate. Customer service responds within 48 hours.
The text boxes do not allow you to write text freely. I had to keep hitting the curser button and ended up copy / paste from word.
The sign up process I am not happy with. The customer has to complete verification twice just to get the pop up offer. No ideal.
I'm still learning how to use this app. I'm not sure if the email with the discount code is being sent to people when they sign up! And since I've already signed up I can undo that and sign up again and I'm not going to make new emails to see this so I've asked friends to sign up.
Pretty user friendly, I just feel like it is really expensive to use what if offers. I hope it'll be worth it.
