Great email subscriber growth app.

App is easy to use, I found the email templates a little confusing though. Also the integration with shopify email signup when using mailchimp and shopify emails was a bit confusing for a newbie too

So far so good. The app's super easy to use, and it's helped me grow my list. I even got a few conversions because of it.

I've been using Privy to capture customer emails for 12 months. About a month ago, Privy simply turned off the function to collect my customer data and gave me no warning either prior or even afterwards that it had done so. I investigated the 'lost data' myself (because I noticed a sudden drop in sign-ups) and was given the run around by Privy for 2 weeks before they finally admitted pausing my Privy campaign because I've now hit some sort of milestone not included in my current plan. No warning was given to me prior (to allow me the opportunity to upgrade and continue the campaign) and they didn't even tell me afterwards - instead they made other excuses for 2 weeks before finally admitting the truth. I've lost valuable customer data as a result. Privy is simply not worth the risk to your business.

Very Easy to set up with custom design features for free! They brought new email listings we were hoping to get! Hope this keep coming in!

Easy to use and the customisation feature is brilliant!

this app is a must have! i also appreciate the free plan, helps guys like me who are just starting out

Privy is pretty easy to use, instructions are included, however got an error code 404 otherwise 5 star rating.
