The UX of this app is quite poor - it is really not that easy to navigate or create campaigns from scratch with no prior knowledge. I am committed to spending the time to learn as it seems like its features are fantastic and once you learn it then it will be very useful but my patience is wearing thin with it's ease to use.
FIRST TIME USING IT SO WE WILL SEE HOW IT PERFORMS.... I WILL COME BACK AGAIN WITH A NEW REVIEW ONCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT OVER A PERIOD OF TIME
I can't tell how good it is so far but will let you know once I have been able go experience it first.
Id really loved it if you had a free plan for email marketing newsletter. Im currently New to e-comm. I dont want to use multiple apps.

App was easy to set up, I have not used it enough yet to give a full review, I did have some queries for the help center, and they were a little slow in getting back to me. I will continue to try the app to tailor it for my store and see how it perfoms
I'm testing and asked to me review. I will leave a better review after I've played with it.
Pop up exit offer shows up at wrong time. Supposed to be at exit intent. Overriding my email sign up box while customers are still shopping. Disabled the exit offer pop up until I find a fix for this problem. App not easy to manipulate. Customer service responds within 48 hours.
The text boxes do not allow you to write text freely. I had to keep hitting the curser button and ended up copy / paste from word.
The sign up process I am not happy with. The customer has to complete verification twice just to get the pop up offer. No ideal.
still, trying it out looks simple to use, took me a few hours to set up but I'm a slow worker. let's try it out.
