Doesn't show the results all the time. Which is frustrating
Good for creating pop-ups, but in order to email customers you need to upgrade from the free plan. Would be good if you could create newsletters for customers up to a certain amount and then they could charge you to upgrade. once you grow more of a following.
Confusing to figure out how to get it working on the site correctly. But it gets the job done. I use it on a couple sites

I can't tell just yet how well it functions, but I do like the design features.
The app doesn't send your emails. I have yet to see abandon cart emails, or rate my product. Someone needs to insure this is working properly.
Support is low only because I've not had to use it.
first time download app, haven't had chance to use it. gave 3 stars only for easy download. i will come back to modify rating once i start using it.
It's an okay app. The $15 is a bit steep to justify for the features it offers for that price. The emails were cumbersome to say the least. This is on my list to delete now that the heavy holiday traffic season is over because the value just isn't there for me.
