Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

I havent used it enough to rate it fairly yet but as i continue to use it i will be glad to submit an honest review for you .

The app is ok. I don't feel that it drives sales

Just started using and seems pretty simple

After setting up and thinking I was done, I went to edit the pop up that was installed on setup, because I wanted to change it. Then I ended up on a page where I needed to copy and paste code into my shopify store. I closed out and tried reinstalling the app; how ever apparently it still was installed because it said step 2-3 complete; apparently the third step is being forced to write this review before finding out whether it's going to work or not.

Interface is very confusing for getting started, needs work to streamline the process. Setup is not as easy as others have said. Coupons created in Privy don't always reflect the same details in Shopify, so that needs work. I had to go back and forth may times to fix errors.
It's free for the most basic functionality, but every chance they get they are up-selling you to add features and get you to pay a monthly fee. They do repeatedly ask for a review which is super annoying since I haven't even created an ad yet. Gimme a few days at least to try it out.
Having said all that, once you get through the painful process of creating an add it does work as promised, so far. I'll update with more once I see how it behaves over a few weeks.

Would be better if it would integrate with Constant Contact. I have to enter every email individually.

Really good but im not sure with the free version if people will keep getting the same popups even if they're already signed up. Not really wanting to annoy my customers...

I'm still trying to figure out how this thing works....

meh, free version could be better.
