Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

UPDATE: Problem solved with no further input from me. Privy took care of the problem on their end and now both shops are linked and running smoothly. Thanks for the prompt and pro-active customer support. It's easy to be a good app when things run smoothly, but Privy is a great app when you hit a minor bump. I understand why they come so highly recommended.

I can't link my two businesses and the second one keeps telling me to install the code but I'm not going back to 2002 and cutting/pasting code into the header of every single page when it's supposed to automatically embed the code into my shopify store.

New to this format of marketing and eCommerce. This app appears easy to use. I don't really know enough to give a full picture of its benefits. This app was recommended to me by someone I trust to guide me the correct way. Based on that input, I will pursue the benefits of the app as I gain experience.

why is the review part of the set up?

So far this app has been helpful and easy to use. I would suggest it for new users as setup is very simple.

the fact that they ask for a review before you even have had a chance to use the product is unacceptable to me.
