It is not mobile friendly at all. So annoying !! Hard to navigate around as pop ups come over the buttons your trying to select

The app started out ok but now it will not allow me to do any editing. Design has zero function. Have to wait 24-48hrs for customer service but I am working right now.

Although it's free, there should be a limit to brand yourself. These guys brand themselves like a spammer. Users will afraid if it's a spam or anything.

After using this app for a couple of months, I am far less impressed than when I started. I keep getting restricted from newsletters based on unsubscribe rates- yet, when I look at my unsubscribe rates they are zero. As a result, when I go to send newsletters, they won't go through and allow me to meet deadlines. I have to use another third party app. I find it all highly aggravating.

The privy app is very slow and difficult to use with a lot of technical difficult. Changing the written template is a pain.

The company charged me after I cancelled the service. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. They told me that cancelling the service on Shopify doesn't cancel the subscription and that not utilizing the software was not enough for a refund. I didn't know I independently had to go to the site and cancel the service.

I am changing my review of this app. I thought it will be easy to migrate my contacts so I can start sending newsletter emails. But after 5 days, mailable contacts are still not done. The company does not have chat to speak with customer service reps and the replies are quite slow. Its being quite disappointing. I will be uninstalling the app and look for other company that will be easier to work with.

Privy started out great but has now cause me great difficulty in keep up with accurate data I have over 100 email subscribers Privy only showed 20 preventing me from having confidence in going forward with using this service. It is OK for a free app but I am currently looking for an alternative to this
