Beware! I'm charged twice for this app - emailed shopify who notified them so they could get in touch but never heard a think. Received my latest invoice and again charged twice!! I have removed the app which I also believe to be detrimental to SEO since they are the largest impact on slowing down a website and tabs that get in the way of navigation
They sent an email out saying there would be a SMALL price increase, but did not state the amount. They said you would see the increase on your next bill, of which it was doubled.
I havnt used it yet but it wants me to review it so here is my review, i will change review after i figure out how it works
its so annoying how they keep asking for reviews and wish the pop ups were more customizable
This app is incredibly overpriced, and their pricing practices are deceptive. They count each page view towards your pricing limit - if you run an e-commerce store like mine one user session can rack up 50-100 page views. So even though that user sees the popup only once, you get charged as if they saw it 50-100 times!
The app is easy to use and install, but you will find yourself quickly paying hundreds of dollars a month for it. It was a huge waste of my time.
Popup doesn't show on the website
Confusing, overwhelming, asks to review without actually haivng used the app. Not even sure it works!
NOT A MAILCHIMP REPLACEMENT. Price for email service more expensive than mailchimp. Complicated integrations with no phone support available. Email reply from support 2 days after submission. Of course you can talk with sales at nauseam. Attempted to cancel within the first hours of signing up and was told no refund possible. Make sure to do your homework before aligning your business email needs with Privy.
Not user-friendly at all.
The UI is not clear, nor are the options given.
