From what I can see you can only send automated emails with this app. You cant seem to design an email and instantly send it to selected contacts? Someone tell me if I'm wrong. Thats what id like to do with the app. The newsletter sign up feature is good though.
Thanks for your review! You'll need to add our email product to your account to send newsletters, abandoned cart emails, etc. You can add that at https://dashboard.privy.com/settings/subscription
Prompted me to review before I even tried it...
I like the app but have a lot of bugs and should take less space on the screen, and the triggers for the campaign they don't follow the setup

Hard to find info on how to do things, like set up abandoned check out captures etc.

easy to use, but a bit blur on what does it mean when it says 'redeemed'.
i didn't get any customers redeemed anything as i didn't give any code.
havent really seen results but i'll keep testing!! anyway app was super easy to use which was a plus!
