I don't know what else to say but YAY. Free and wonderful service I have seen a huge increase in sign ups within days!
it is a great app for Shopify. I loved it.
I've been trying to get something resolved so I can start using abandon cart. to have to wait up to 36 hours to get assistant doesn't make sense. I have a company and my turn around time is 24 hours responding within hours. very disappointed in the turn around time.

It's taken me a short while to get used to this app, but so far so good! I look forward to using it more and more.
Very easy to set up and use. A little annoying to not have the option to exit out completely from the pop up but other than that, it's very helpful in email capture.
