So far, very easy to use! Love the exit intent. Best of all, its free. If it doesn't generate revenue, I won't be upgrading - but I have a good feeling, I'll be a paying customer in no time.

Outrageous fees. They will bind you into a contract for months and force you to pay a termination fee if you decide to switch.

Our billing team has checked with your customer success manager - we see you signed a contract for 12 months. After March of 2023, the paid plan will be moved to monthly and can then be cancelled. This will not cancel when changing to monthly, so please contact us at that time to help.
Please note, we do offer month to month plans and will never force a merchant into a contract. If you still need assistance, please email billing@privy.com.

Support is low only because I've not had to use it.
