Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Hello, its working good but i dont understand why in the newsletter platform i can't find all the products that i have in the store to add there... can you please give me more informations ?

I used this app. for my new store. I used the pop-up to collect emails for new customers it was an easy setup. Just started using. Pretty easy to get set up although a few things are a bit confusing. Will revise review once I have some data to confirm product is effective.
