Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Could be really good, but if you manage multiple shopify accounts, don't install this. It only allows one account across all businesses and other businesses can access each others' accounts. Found one day two of my clients changing "My information" account thinking someone was hacking the account. One of these businesses are no longer connected to my business so this is becoming so frustrating!

I was able to fix it by deleting one of the business accounts, clearing cache, restarting my computer (this whole cycle about 3 times). Now works great. Customer service responded a bit too late as I have already fixed it when they messaged 3 days later.

Easy to navigate. just starting out hopefully no complications.

had trouble syncing email service

I used this app to help me get customer's data. I really like how it does work. It would be nice if I can also get phone number of customer.

Looks pretty good. Still setting up and testing. It's fairly easy to follow the steps for getting started. And the price is right!

Good product, seems very simple to use

So far so good. App has very easy interface to create the pop up you want. has lots of different options for campains. I havent touched anything for the email side yet thought.
