its not easy setting up everything, it would greatly benefit privy if you had videos outlining each topic step by step.

I just started to use this app but it keeps sending me a pop-up to review the app. Seems like it would be good for email marketing but I am having some trouble with being able to preview the campaigns I have created. I will review after I am able to fully use the app.

So far, not going great. I have no preview of anything I'm creating so I have to keep guessing what everything looks like before making it live...making a great deal of extra work. No sure why this is happening but it's frustrating.

Really didn't like that I spent an hour customizing an abandoned email template and then they tell me I can't activate unless I upgrade. How about disclosing that before I start? Transparency and honesty are everything!

Plus it doesn't work properly.

I don't want the app to automatically send out an email with a coupon code and there are no clear instructions on how to stop it.

Disappointed. Spent time creating the campaign and just had two questions I needed help with to complete it. Was responded to with a read the How To page, which I had obviously done and hadn't found the answers there. Which he responded to with a rude this = that (still not answering the question). Could have been a good 5 stars but there are far too many good apps out there with incredible customer service to waste time on one that is not helpful and rude.

Easy to set up, but it's not working properly! I make changes and it's not updating on the website... Very annoying and disappointing. I hope I can figure out wth is going on!
