We have been using Privy for some years now - both for pop-ups and emails. I have always found it easy to use and it allows us to grow our email list. Great help from Jose today with few ideas I needed help on.
Privy has been a great tool for our business but even more so is Henry Hakim our account manager. His knowledge, experise, and friendly personality was incredible. He was happy to assist, share key learnings and guide us into expanding our reach while protecting our domain! If you are new to Privy ask to work with Henry! He is the best!!!
As always, Privy makes it easy to work with them! I've always found it easy to use and grow our email list. I needed help with a specific thing today and Jose was knowledgeable and I got it sorted in a few moments.

Privy has been a great tool to capture new email addresses. But more important than the app itself is the support. I can hop on to get chat support and everyone is super nice! If you don't have Privy, this is a *must add* to your store!
