We have been using Privy for some years now - both for pop-ups and emails. I have always found it easy to use and it allows us to grow our email list. Great help from Jose today with few ideas I needed help on.
Privy has been a great tool for our business but even more so is Henry Hakim our account manager. His knowledge, experise, and friendly personality was incredible. Privy has been a great tool to capture new email addresses. But more important than the app itself is the support. I can hop on to get chat support and everyone is super nice! If you don't have Privy, this is a *must add* to your store!
