    Privy have the worst service among all Shopify plugins that I have used, I never get a reply from them, so bad experience with them!

    Hi there,

    Our support team noted that the first time we received your support request was on Tuesday at 12:25 am. We followed up by 9:52 am on Tuesday with no response and sent an additional two email this morning.
