I originally signed up for a monthly plan of $15 to create a pop-up. Without knowing, I have been charged $45 monthly for my users which don't have anything to do with the use of the app. This is absolutely absurd.
We've had a great experience using Privy to grow our email list and improve customer engagement. The pop-up builder is easy to use, and setting up campaigns like welcome discounts, exit intent offers, and abandoned cart recovery was surprisingly straightforward. We also appreciate having email, SMS, and popups in one platform instead of juggling multiple apps. The integration with Shopify is seamless, and the analytics make it easy to understand what's working and optimize over time. Overall, it's a powerful tool for stores looking to improve conversions and build stronger customer retention.
Terrible terms and conditions and too expensive.
I subscribed for a $105 plan, it was working fine but I found similar apps are much and works the same. So I decided to unsubscribe it before they charge me for the next cycle, and they terminate everything instantly. While I had so many other subscriptions, usually they would still let you to use till the next cycle. This is the first time they terminate it instantly. I still have more than two weeks left , talked to CS, no help. They said it's in their condition, wasted my money.
