Priya AI is part of a larger scam by the app creator, David Akerman, under entities Y Corp (https://ycorp.ai/), Media Buyer Club (joinmbclub.com), Moonclub LLC.

I believe this is his strategy, as this is what happened to me: Pitches small businesses on website and ad services using fraudulent claims of prior work (I finally did my due diligence, emailed companies he claimed working with, and they didn't know who he is), tries to get you on monthly retainer, adds this app with bogus performance claims, and does incredibly poor quality work (enough to keep you going for a bit) until you finally catch on. He does not take your money and run, but he will run/ghost you when you finally figure it out.

David Akerman is also the founder of the fraudulent Kickstarter campaign, Wonderspray ("portable butt shower", Google it), that scammed people out of $330,000+. He knows what he's doing as a scammer: he has enough foundational knowledge and is a very smooth talker, and is able to falsely reassure and put you at ease.

Been testing Priya for a few weeks, and it's been a helpful addition to my Shopify store. The AI pricing suggestions are smart and save me a lot of time compared to adjusting prices manually. I like that it tracks product performance and helps optimize pricing based on real data. The dashboard is clean, easy to understand, and the setup was straightforward. It's a great tool for anyone looking to improve profit margins without constantly monitoring prices. Looking forward to seeing even more features in future updates!
