I have tried this Updatrr app for a month, and my experience is not so good. Almost 85% of the WhatsApp messages were not delivered, so for me. It's a total waste of money and time.
Updattr has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app itself is very well built, easy to understand, and integrates smoothly into our workflow. Once we got familiar with the features, it became clear how useful it is for managing updates and improving store operations efficiently.
What stood out even more than the product was their support team. We reached out to them during a difficult time for our business, and they were extremely understanding, kind, and supportive. They took the time to listen to our situation and were generous enough to extend our trial so we could continue using the app properly.
