The app is easy to install, with great explanation with video about how to install and make the app working. You can plan a call if you have any questions and very helpful if you need assistance. But it's all straight forward how it works.

It makes the wholesale customer ordering experience seamless, and because this app is "Built for Shopify," the integration and use are excellent.

I want to talk about the customer service - WOW!! I had a little difficulty setting up the app at first. I emailed them and had a response within minutes! Jake and his team handled everything, fixed the backend and even made some improvements along the way. He never left me stranded. Every email was answered within minutes and he not only fixed the issues but explained everything and offered suggestions. The app is perfect for what we needed! We had been running into apps that were too expensive and did too much. Then there were apps that didn't do enough. This app is the PERFECT app for a simple wholesale solution without all the additional headache that you don't need. It's user friendly, simple to setup and use on the backend. The feedback from the user experience on our website has been very positive. It works well on desktop and mobile devices. I'm very excited for a few updates they have coming out!!
