Worked great in the beginning but now my customers can't seem to get it to work, if they edit their cart at all the discounts disappear. I am getting notifications for new wholesale accounts and not getting them to approve them. I am deleting this. I have had one customer since I downloaded this app that has been able to use it without issues. NOT worth the $15 USD a month!
Installed app, wholesale registration form submit button wasn't working at all. While waiting for them to fix this, I realized I wasn't getting any orders at all whatsoever for two days.
Checked the site, my shipping options weren't displaying. On top of this, it was giving the wholesale discount to retail customers.
Uninstalled app and everything was fixed. Lost two days worth of income, don't use this app.
Hello, we're sorry for the issues you experienced. If the shipping options weren't being displayed for any customers, it means that the shipping feature in the app was likely setup incorrectly, most likely all available rates were selected as wholesale only. Disabling the feature would have also solved the problem. Thank you for trying out our app.
I was charged $34.99 and I never used the app. They promised a refund, but I never received it.
This is unequivocally false and a slanderous review. $34.99 in app credits were sent immediately upon request on November 29th (we have the proof). At the time of the request, the payment had not actually been billed by Shopify, so we can't refund a payment that hasn't occurred, so we sent app credits immediately instead.
Launch my pre-orders, the following day an announcement was made of an update, I had 1 order come through, the discounts were not correct, don’t even know how the figures were calculated. When the update happen, it was a spiral from there, we are now 6 days on and I’ve had no response to my email regarding the issue, my pre-orders flopped, everyone that had discounts had to email me to get their order in. I lost a lot of customers trust in my professionalism ans most likely many customers that just couldn’t be bothered to email in their order which is fair enough.
My site now just has 55% off for everyone, it’s actually disheartened, so much time and money went into this to then have it flop because this app just didn’t apply any discounts at checkout like it should and their support team is MIA
