Very intuitive & easy to set up the accessories. Support is very helpful & the couple of small issues I've had over the years have been resolved quickly without hassle.
We had a couple of issues with the accessories app which I think were due to our theme upgrade. When I explained the issues to tech support the responses were great and exactly what we needed to fix the problems, no back and forth just great collaboration. Jason from your team was really responsive and very helpful. This is something that's not common but very welcome!
L'application fonctionne très bien, c'est parfait pour mettre en évidence les produits connexes que vos clients pourraient avoir besoin. Ce n'est pas qu'une question d'upselling mais aussi de réduire les frustration de clients qui eux veulent que les produits complémentaire leur soient offert pour éviter des commandes et livraisons multiples. L'équipe de support est excessivement réactif :-) Je recommande fortement.

I used this app for more than a year. It is good at first and does what it advertises but not that user friendly due to the lack of import via spreadsheet. However, recently they added this ability and after using it, I'm confident to recommend this app to anyone that is looking to add multiple accessories to all the products on their site.
We use this app on our stores to add accessories to our packages products all the time, and their customer service has been great to work with. This app is great for quickly adding product accessories to your shopify products. Definitely would recommend! :)
