Just installed the app today, it was easy to set up but I did have to contact the support team pretty early on. However, they were fast, friendly and got my issue fixed in no time. The add on feature looks professional on my site and works as it should Great app!!
Quick and easy set-up. I needed to also have a quantity selector, to which I went to support. I got a response very quickly and got my quantity selector all set up. Brilliant service and brilliant app.
From an implementation prescriptive this app is simple to install, and easy to use.

We had issues with our website's theme being incompatible with the app, but the W3 support team, specifically Justin, worked with us extensively until the issue was solved.
App does everything we want it to do. We noticed a duplicate add to cart error when the app was initially added but Gabriella in support was lightning quick in her responses and the turnaround for the fix was some of the quickest we've seen from a Shopify app developer. Kudos to the W3Trends team and we're looking forward to seeing what else they have in the works.
