We are facing the add to cart and discount related issues. Any one please let me know if you have any solution.
We are using Maranello theme.
1. Add to cart count is not immediately updated in cart.
Cart count is updated only after manual page refresh.
2. Discount price is showing in cart page but not showing in checkout page.
We have sent you an email and a collaborator request to see what we can do. Sometimes there are incompatibilities with third-party apps and themes, especially if you use custom floating carts, etc.
Our developers are usually able to resolve 95% of cases like yours.
Excellent after installation support initially. After a recent update some of the more recent products were missing. Upsell support resolved the issue keeping me informed of their progress and it was all back and running smoothly in a couple of day. All in all an excellent App with support to match.
Sept 2024 update - if an add-on goes out of stock it is still presented to the customer. This is a shame and something the developer isn't going to change (or make an option not to display) after enquiring with them.
We tried the app for adding gift wrap or special handling for the product, but there is no way to tell which product in the cart this was for. Also 7 day free trial is not enough to set it up, get help with issues and test before you get billed for an item you can't use.

We have this feature in our roadmap, however, this is not a straightforward thing to do due to some Shopify limitations.
It appears to easily display add-ons for a particular product. The problem is the visual formatting was way off from what would work with our product line we deleted it immediately to avoid confusing customers. If you had one or two options for your products it may work fine, but our product line has dozens of options, which pushed the product description down so far users wouldn't be able to find the actual product.
