Installed the app but it is not working, and I have contacted support but they have not bothered replying. Why bother listing their app on the Shopify store, if their attitude is so lackadaisical that it destroys confidence in anyone considering spending money with them.

i download the app, the try to create account, then i can't login, i contact support many times,send 3-4 emails, no one reply until now, it's been a week
Does not work. Created Criteo account, page is blank. Not linking to Shopify. Confusing and not user friendly. Waste of time.
No Login works, no verification..nothing...no support. It looks like the company no longer exists. It would have been a good alternative.
We're huge fans of Criteo. It's always been one of most effective channels and the new shopify app makes it even easier.
The app has made it very easy for us to export product catalogs into Criteo to manage our campaigns and also monitor event tracking.
Supportive team and an awesome network. We've been using criteo for over a year and have been able to achieve consistent sales revenue with the platform.
