We've been using Criteo for more than 3 years now. We are an extremely seasonal business. The flexibility that we have with retargeting has been great in helping us reach our revenue growth goals. The results are great and consistent.

Easy to use interface and campaign set up process. Engaging visuals and reporting. Helpful and responsive customer support. Sometimes the aesthetics of previews don’t exactly match reality.

Absolutely HORRIBLE in terms of product setup. and even worse for customer service. Their product feeds never update no matter how many times you "hide" a product. We have been trying to get this setup to work for weeks. Everytime we get someone on via chat for help, they give us useless links to articles and dont actually address our questions.

I am amazed anyone is using this at all. We will give it ONE more attempt, but we are cutting bait if we dont get any help.
