The new app has functioned smoothly for us and installed easily. Overall, we are very pleased with Criteo's network and targeting.
Installed the app but it is not working, and I have contacted support but they have not bothered replying. Why bother listing their app on the Shopify store, if their attitude is so lackadaisical that it destroys confidence in anyone considering spending money with them.

Does not work. Created Criteo account, page is blank. Not linking to Shopify. Confusing and not user friendly. Waste of time.
We found the integration process with Shopify to be incredibly straightforward, and this app has proven to be an exceptional solution for our needs. We have also been highly impressed with the outstanding support team!
Customer support for this app is woefully unhelpful - lots of 'bot replies' that never resolve issues. For such a big company, Criteo needs to do better for Shopify stores fronts - I was hopeful this app would be helpful for business growth - it could be if we could access the advanced features such as showcase ads connected to curated product sets - 24-48 hour support takes well over a week - and replies come hours after requests and there is no continuity on the requests - making it difficult to get answers. Tickets submitted are never even looked at - you have to only use the automated chat and it's terrible. A REAL human response would be nice. Video tutorials skip steps and start set-ups mid campaign - so some of the most basic steps aren't even made clear... this should be simple self serve but the back end of this set up is convoluted? theoretically -it should be easy but it's very buggy with lots of error messages - better video tutorials would be a real help too!! - I will revise this if I am ever able to get support to help work through my set up issues but for now I give them a one star - Q4 is not a time for bugs :( -m still having issues cannot launch ads with product set- no support documents show or tell you how to do this the support documentation is still not useful
