I love this feature! Easy to use dashboard ... Customer service is fantastic. They literally helped me set up the entire app in just a few hours.

This is a great app to help customers answer any questions they might have about the item. Which will lead to more sales. The app is easy to install and works well with no known issues.

Great app, we have potential customers asking questions right under the product rather than having to use the "contact us" which can be very generic.
If you need a good point of contact for a specific item on your website, this app works very well & is customizable too.
