The app is ok... but the support team are not the best. It takes time for them to understand what the issue is , they sometime provide a soluation but have not fully understood the issue and need to ask more questions.

This is a great app. It has all the features and functions we needed to create a fully-fledged auction site. There are a lot of configuration options at the backend, with lots of different settings and options available. I really like the built-in automated emails system, which are all editable in HTML and able to be set up with SMTP. It's also great in terms of the user profile, in that they can view their bids and complete the purchase of winning auctions. Would be good to have slightly more customisation options for the front-end design. Otherwise, it's clear there's a huge amount of work gone into making this. Thank you.

I just went to install this app and it failed. Nothing shows up. This is not production ready what so ever and this is coming from a developer's perspective. Now I have to develop one from scratch for a client...

The app is great! I am user from Japan.
To tell the truth, it would be grateful if the app is also translated to Japanese automatically. Supporter is friendly and they always try hard to make the better app the match the customers wish.

I would absolutely recommend to use this app. Not only the function, WebKul is very devoted to supporting our issue and organizing our store. Response from support is quick and accurate. In addition, WebKul has so many app released in Shopify and each app are compatible to use simultaneously in the same store. Also, new app, new function is continuously developed and WebKul will kindly accept request from customer and reflect our opinion to the new function. When you are looking for new function for the store, you should definitely search in the WebKul app!!
We will keep using the app from Webkul.

Installed this myself, had one issue I couldn't get working, scheduled a call with support, and they had it fixed in 20 minutes. Amazing support for a $30 app!

This app works well for art auctions. Customer service is great and they will help insert code and other items to make the auction look great.

So far The app team has been very helpful, Overall the App is very easy to use. it integrates easily with the Theme and is very customizable.

horrible support. HORRIBLE. they dont answer in a timely manner or should i say at all. its been a week. HORRIBLE. UPDATE: I never received one email from these guys despite having sent ten describing issues. Finally was able to make an on boarding booking with these guys. I had a twenty minute window which i spent alone and was never joined by these guys despite their promise to do so and their system set everything up. This program is not plug and play and these guys make zero effort to offer support to ameliorate this situation. I spent two hours trying to install myself and am stuck and was excited to do the onboarding. BUT AGAIN these clowns did not show up to the appointment their system set up. I am deleting this app and want to strongly advise you against using this product unless you are a wizard programmer because their programmers are unavailable at best.

My interaction with support was excellent. They were able to setup the plugin with the third-party theme with ease and were very kind.

I have been using Webkul Product Auction for almost a year now and over that time have had many questions for and requests. They have responded to 100% of my questions and never ignored any of the requests that I have. They have also provided custom work to add features to the app that I was interested in and I am happy with the app itself as well. I won't say it is a perfect app (almost none are) but overall it works very well and I can trust it which is the most important thing. They have made steady improvements while I have been using it and I am looking forward to the possibility of added features in the future. All in all I am very happy with the app and the support they provide!

I select this app to run auction on the website. I love the way it works. Configuration was a bit tricky as some code had to be added. It was easy to schedule an appointment with support to make it work. They did answer all my questions. Highly recommanded

Note: Plan for a day or two to get things set up - we got caught up on inserting the codes, and our time zone is very different from the tech support time zone, so getting set up took a little time, but they were very helpful!
