Webkul Product Auction

The application is easy to use, and offers great functionality. Most importantly, the support team is very fast in responding and have been a great help and added great value !!!

We've used the app for about two months now with no issues. This week we decided to change our Shopify template from the free version to one of the paid ones. When we made the swap it threw off somethings with the front end of the auctions. I tried to code myself and then sought out help. I was a bit anxious because there is a massive time difference but I was able to schedule an early morning appointment and get it sorted via email within 15/20 minutes.

This is the best auction option in the store. I wish there were more functionality options but I have not had any problems with the app as it is designed to work. I was able to overcome the functionality limitations by having Webkul do some custom work. Their custom work is reasonable priced. It is far cheaper to have them customize this existing app to meet your needs then to build something from scratch.

I am so excited I have found a way to do auctions on my website! Don’t be intimidate by the setup. Just make sure you plan enough time for them to implement it for you if you need help. They respond and work on your tickets very quick. I can had a few questions during my first auction and they fixed it before the auction was over!

I think this app is very user friendly to customers too. I posted all the instructions in the product description and did not even receive one single question from a confused customer! They just jumped in and started bidding. I think they like the automatic bid feature a lot.

It’s been very smooth for me so far! Will be using it often.

I am using this app to explore a new business idea. The software is very easy to use & the team supporting it is amazing. Would highly recommend using this app if you're looking for an auction based solution.

This has been a great product for me. The support was great and specifically Nitika who logged in and configured some settings for me when i couldn't get things working.

I also use their multivendor app which works really well.

The customer service is amazing! They've helped me through all of the issues I've had. Dealing with the timezone barrier is frustrating, but once we're able to connect I've never had an issue getting anything sorted out!

Seriously SOLID support. They helped us make sure the app worked flawlessly with our theme. I'd give 6 stars if I could for that...
