My interaction with support was excellent. They were able to setup the plugin with the third-party theme with ease and were very kind.

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now, the support has been the best i have received from any application on the Shopify App Store.

They are very responsive, friendly and most of all will help you out as much as they possibly can.

I would love to see the app with the Polaris UI for 2019! This would just make the app complete.

Customer Service was perfect. Sagar was helpful and patient. The instructions are a bit difficult, so call them, they will set everything up for you. I have yet to run our first auction but in terms of getting the app set up and the level of service received... 5 Stars.

My first month using the app, and so far the support team have been very accommodating to minor tweaks and changes. Wishing it could be a bit more easily customizable from store's point of view, but great app so far nonetheless. Would recommend.

great ability to add different auctions on different collections

Support was very helpful in helping me get this app running smoothly with my theme. I looked extensively and this app has more functionality than any other auction app I could find. Looking forward to having weekly auctions and being able to mail or list announcing them.
