Webkul Product Auction

We were running an online auction and our other software wasn't working. So I searched the Shopify Appstore, added this app. I then discovered that my theme code needed to be updated... I reached out to the developers, I let them know that I needed help urgently. They wrote back to me within an hour and had it all fixed within the hour after that. I couldn't recommend this app more. My customers that participated in the auction were so impressed with the professionality of it in our store!

Webkul has been great in providing regular, helpful support when we've needed it, and they're also working on a number of bespoke developments for us so that our Multi Vendor Marketplace works exactly how we need it to. There are regular updates as they are constantly improving the platform and they're receptive to feedback. I'd highly recommend choosing them!

This continues to be an amazing app. I've used it to run my weekly auction for almost 4 years now. The team at Webkul are quick to resolve any technical issues that surface, which is rarely. I run 400 lots a week and it takes bids quickly and efficiently. Couldn't run my business without it.

Webkul provided exceptional after sales services to us! The learning curve to get the app up and running is pretty steep, but the Webkul team helped us along the way. We needed help to customize the auction tools, as well as updating the frontend UI on our end to make it look pretty. Webkul team responded to each of our requests usually within half a day, and addressed quickly and accurately. I'm very impressed!! Keep up the great work! :)

Okay, so I had this idea to do a monthly auction and help our customers that wanted to turn some of the their shelf queens into cash. I signed up for this app not expecting much - and I was wrong! This app works really well. It was easy to set up; and when I needed help these guys supported it. I have been running monthly auctions for 6 months now and my customers love it. This has been a terrific addition to my business. Who knew?

I have been using Webkul Product Auction for almost a year now and over that time have had many questions for and requests. They have responded to 100% of my questions and never ignored any of the requests that I have. They have also provided custom work to add features to the app that I was interested in and I am happy with the app itself as well. I won't say it is a perfect app (almost none are) but overall it works very well and I can trust it which is the most important thing. They have made steady improvements while I have been using it and I am looking forward to the possibility of added features in the future. All in all I am very happy with the app and the support they provide!

I love this app. Our store has used it for a few years now. The tech customer service has always been good, but now the responses are even more timely. (The time zone issues seem to have been resolved.)

We are pretty new at using this app but it has been pretty easy to use and the installation was easy. We switched themes and some features were not working anymore and we couldn't figure out what was wrong so we reached out and their support had it fixed quickly.
We have tried another auction app and this one is far better.

We have been using that app for more than a year and we are so happy with it. Also they have a great customer support as well. Whenever we have a question or challenge, their support team approaches us very friendly and solve our technical issues quickly.
